I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Residencia, and it offered quite a unique experience for the budget-conscious traveler. The price was attractive, especially given its convenient location just a short walk from the Sanctuary of Fatima. Parking was available a block away in a fenced lot, which provided peace of mind. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a well-functioning heating system-a must for those cooler evenings. The shower was decent, and I appreciated the presence of free toiletries, which added value to my stay. Check-in was a bit unconventional since there wasn't a traditional reception. A quick phone call had a staff member on-site within minutes-efficient service, nonetheless. While there's no lift and the parquet floor lacks a certain charm, the hotel ticks all the essential boxes for a short stay. It's a cost-effective option that balances basic comforts without the frills, making it ideal for anyone looking to enjoy Fatima without breaking the bank.
